I was utterly fascinated with this post from Weekend Bakery. So much so that after realizing I

had most of the ingredients on hand, my apartment transformed into a weekend bakery so I could attempt to recreate this masterpiece. Well, maybe not so much a masterpiece as a door stop. I may try it again as I am taken with the notion of making a fruit-based bread from mostly rye flour. I mean, can you imagine?
